Accessible content course September 2024

This certificate states that the recipient has attended the Accessible content course. In this session the participant learnt how to create inclusive content that is accessible to individuals with conditions affecting vision, hearing, and cognition. They explored how to craft content that aligned with the way people read online and adheres to legal requirements. Through discussions, real-world examples, and exercises, they gained a deep understanding of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and best practices for using headings, link text, color, images and alt-text, as well as audio and video.


Strategising Product and Customer Experiences (SPACE)

July 2023

This certificate confirms that the recipient attended the Delta CX workshop. SPACE is a distinctive programme focused on customer-centricity, product strategy, and enhancing team processes for greater efficiency. The course emphasised strategies to reduce risk and waste while improving customer attraction, satisfaction, and retention. It also covered change management and established a governance model to oversee changes and optimise our work experiences.
